I was born and raised in the Caribbean, and my love for food started with tasting the freshest island ingredients—coco plums, mangoes, sea grapes, cashews, coconut, and aloe vera. Those flavors shaped the way I cook today: I prioritize freshness, seasonality, and vibrant, natural taste.

Working with whole ingredients is at the heart of my craft. I enjoy butchering game and preparing seafood from start to finish, respecting the product and honoring the process so every dish feels authentic, thoughtful, and memorable.
